Job Description	The Membership Counselor is responsible for orientating new members to the Lake facility. This position processes verbal orientations and property transfers and introduces new members to the Lake's amenities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing cooperative working relationships with various escrow companies to ensure smooth property transfers; entering membership information into a database, providing Notary Public services to homeowners; assisting in billing department as needed, processing boat registrations; and working with insurance agencies to verify current yearly coverage.
Experience/Qualifications	While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is required to sit and talk or hear; stand; walk; use hands to fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or bend. The employee will occasionally walk and must be able to lift and or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be a licensed Notary Public or willing to acquire and pass your license within 3 months of employment. Must be hands-on, with a positive attitude and high energy.
