Job Description	Responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience to our members and their guests. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe dock area. Handles boat set up to ensure they are clean and in a safe operating condition. Breaks down, cleans, and secures boats in the evenings. Assists members with securing a boat, boarding and unboarding the boat. Handles paperwork transactions, etc. Prepares boat for next guest. Attends safety meetings and assigned trainings. Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications	Must be 16 years old and have customer service skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Employment is conditional on successfully passing a pre-employment screening drug test and a background check.
