Job Description	Responsible for maintaining all structures, buildings, lighting, plumbing, parking lots, beaches, and sidewalks, as well as maintaining a smooth operation of boats in the rental fleet to ensure that members and guests have a safe and enjoyable recreational environment. Ensures safe working conditions by maintaining all safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, eye wash centers, and goggles; reports safety concerns to Foreman or Supervisor, provides leadership to Park Attendants; operates heavy machinery such as tractors, lift trucks, and mechanical hoists; applies and stores chemicals, circular saws, drills, drill presses, table saws, band saws, routers, grinder/sanders, airless spray guns, etc.; engages in welding and cutting, plasma cutting and mig welding; makes electrical repairs using basic knowledge of AC/DC electrical functions; makes minor plumbing repairs such as valve and toilet repairs; engages in other maintenance activities such as painting, woodwork, electrical, fiberglass repair, concrete, and lighting.
Experience/Qualifications	Experience in electrical, plumbing, construction trades, woodworking, welding, mechanics, painting, fiberglass, concrete, lighting, etc. High School diploma or GED, minimum 1 year related experience in the maintenance field, Trade school highly desirable, certificates or education experience in auto mechanics, construction, plumbing or related field. Employment is conditional on successful passing of a drug and medical exam. Must be 21 years of age and have a valid CA driver's license. Employment is conditional on the successful passing of a drug test, and if over 18, a background check.
