1. Swimming at designated beaches will be allowed only in accordance with hours and conditions as posted and are subject to change with the seasons.
2. No throwing of sand in lake facilities.
3. Please keep all food and drinks out of water.
4. Appropriate swim attire is required at all times.
5. Scuba diving is prohibited.
   

Closed Areas
Swimming beyond designated swimming areas will not be allowed.

Lifeguard
Swimming without a lifeguard on duty will not be allowed at Lake Mission Viejo beaches.

Swimming
Proof of swimming ability may be required by lifeguards.

Flotation Devices

1. Flotation devices must be made of soft materials.
2. No hard objects will be allowed in the swimming area.
3. No jumping feet first onto any flotation device near the waters' edge.
4. No trampolines are allowed inside any of the swimming areas.
   

Public Hygiene and Consideration

1. All children under three years of age are required to wear rubber or plastic (tight fitting leg and waist, no vented) pants, or LMV approved swim pants, while on the beach or swimming/playing in the Lake.
2. Do not swim or go in water when ill.
3. Please use restrooms when needed - NOT IN THE LAKE!
4. The use of soap or detergents in the lake is prohibited.
