Guest Rules

1. Each Lake member household is entitled to bring up to six guests per day onto the lake premises (subject to limitations elsewhere specified)
   
   
2. Each member is responsible for his/her guests and MUST accompany such guests at all times. Members are financially responsible for any damage to Lake facilities caused by their guests.
   
   
3. On Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day, guests are only allowed onto Lake premises after 6 p.m.
   
   
4. On Concert Days during the summer there is a fee of $10 per guest, with guests limited to 4 per member household.
   

Guest List Policies

1. Each Lake member household is entitled to bring 15 guests or fewer on a daily basis October through April. Guest lists will not be accepted on weekends from mid-May to mid-September (varies year to year, please call for dates).
   
   
2. a single household membership may submit, on a LMVA guest list form, a pre-paid guest list of 15 or fewer persons.
   
   
3. Guest fees are $2.00 for any guest 8 years and older, children under 8 years old are free, but are included in the member's total guest count. For events larger than fifteen guests, members should inquire about the East Beach Upper Group area and the Lake Clubhouse. Restrictions apply.
   
   
4. During LMV's summer season - mid-May through mid-September - guest lists of 15 or fewer will be accepted Monday through Friday only. No guest lists of any type are accepted on the weekends during these months.
   
   
5. The Lake member submitting the list must check-in at the appropriate gate on the day of the party to activate their guest list. Once the Lake member has checked in, their guests may enter the facilities at any time during the day. NO GUEST WILL BE ADMITTED UNTIL THE GUEST LIST HAS BEEN ACTIVATED BY THE MEMBER.
   
   
6. The member is responsible for their guests at all times and MUST remain on Lake premises throughout the duration of their party.
   
   
7. The requesting member must pay guest fees for the full party of guests when the list is submitted. The payment of guest fees secures the guest list arrangement for the member with the Lake Association.
   
   
8. Members can cancel their plans and receive full refunds of the prepaid guest fees up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. If all of your guests do not attend, we will be happy to give you the remaining unused guest passes. Guest lists will be retained at the Boat Rental Office for 30 days after your event.
   
   
9. Guest fees at EAST BEACH will continue to be $2.00 per guest on concert days.
   
   
10. To help ease parking problems on busy summer days, members and their guests are encouraged to carpool.
