Guest Rules:

  1. Each LMVA member household is entitled to bring up to ten (10) guests per day onto the LMVA premises (subject to limitations elsewhere specified). Guest Fee of $2.00 applies per guest.
  2. Each member is responsible for his/her guests and MUST accompany such guests at all times. Members are financially responsible for any damage to LMVA facilities caused by their guests.
  3. On Independence Day (July 4th ), guests are only allowed onto LMVA premises after 3:00 p.m.
  4. On Concert Days there is a fee of $10 per guest, with guests limited to 4 per member household.

Guest List Policies:

  1. Each LMVA member household is entitled to bring up to 15 guests on a daily basis October through April. Guest lists will not be accepted on weekends from mid-May to mid-September (varies year to year, please call for dates).
  2. Each member household may submit, on a LMVA guest list form, a pre-paid guest list of up to 15.
  3. Guest fees are $2.00 for any guest 8 years and older, children under 8 years old are free, but are included in the member's total guest count. For events larger than fifteen guests, members should inquire about East Beach Upper Group area or the Lake Clubhouse. Restrictions apply.
  4. During LMVA's summer season (mid-May through mid-September) guest lists of up to 15 will be accepted Monday through Friday only. No guest lists of any type are accepted on the weekends during these months.
  5. The LMVA member submitting the list must check-in at the appropriate gate on the day of their event to activate the guest list. Once the member has checked in, their guests may enter the facilities at any time during the day.
    NO GUEST WILL BE ADMITTED UNTIL THE GUEST LIST HAS BEEN ACTIVATED BY THE MEMBER.
  6. The member is responsible for their guests at all times and MUST remain on LMVA premises throughout the duration of their party.
  7. The requesting member must pay guest fees for the full party of guests when the list is submitted. The payment of guest fees secures the guest list for the event with LMVA.
  8. Members who cancel their plans no less than 24 hours prior to scheduled event may receive a full refund of the prepaid guest fees. If all of the guests do not attend, the unused guest passes can be claimed at the Office up to 30 days after the event.
  9. To help ease parking problems on busy summer days, members and their guests are encouraged to carpool.
