Online Registration is available for members and their guests. Member registering for any camp programs requiring health forms and waivers must download all appropriate forms - available on the registration page - and submit them by fax, mail or in person along with the printed registration form.
For your convenience, we include the the Registration Form in PDF format to register for any class or camp.

Summer 09 Camps

Please note that online registration is available for all courses and camps listed here. Some courses and camps require additional forms to be filled out, signed and mailed the the LMVA Recreation office. The appropriate forms - in PDF format - are available for download on the respective class/camp registration page.

Please note that the registration for these courses is not final until the completed forms are received by the Recreation Department. The completed forms can be mailed or delivered to LMVA/Recreation Department.
